Three updates to notification behavior:

  • Patient reminder emails will no longer go out for assignments that are completed, voided or canceled
  • Staff will no longer get an email when they are included in a form assignment. Instead, they will only be notified when it is their turn to sign the form.
  • Patient reminder emails will stop 30 days after they were assignedsome text
    • This is a temporary stopgap while we develop a more comprehensive feature

Notification triggers and logic in CareXP have not met customer expectations, and we are taking steps to prevent support issues and patient impacts .
