Forms are no longer unpublished if there are changes in the form title, changes in role mapping, changes in description, changes of text boxes/signatures, or changes of signing order number.
Pop-up notifications initiate warning the staff users that configuring forms could unpublish them from bundles when the staff user clicks “configure” and when they return to the form detail drawer after updating the form.
Previously, when forms were configured, there were no warnings provided for our staff users that notified them of what changes might occur if editing a form becomes unmapped.
Forms will still unpublish if a signer is added to the signing order, or a signer role name is edited.
