The EngagedMD Care Experience platform now features updated icons to more clearly reflect user’s choices for eSign. Previously, when a user enabled advanced authentication or blocked a form until modules were completed, the platform did not reflect these choices which made it hard for the user to have confidence in their selection. This platform change helps to remove that confusion.
On the Assignment Setting screen, users can set advanced authentication and blocking requirements using the icons next to the form below
When an advanced authentication type is selected, the ID icon will remain in its dark green state now
Similarly, this updates the icon if you specify a form is blocked by another task
The icons remain in their dark green state, making it clearer to the user that those selections have been applied
