A new report is now available to staff users that displays how patients answered knowledge checkpoint questions.
This report detailing each question of the module was available within the EngagedMD legacy platform and is now also obviously in the new Care Experience Platform (CareXP). Previously in CareXP, only the completion of the videos/knowledge checkpoints were displayed, but with this development, staff members will be able to view patient answers to knowledge checkpoint questions.
When viewing a completed module, staff can click on the “view results” button in the details drawer.
Clicking on “view result” will initiate a full page “quiz results” page listing the responses for each question per performer.
