Patient reminder emails for open assignments are now set to go out every five days by default, or can be configured to a different number of days (1-30) by the clinic.
Patients initially receive an email notification when the assignment is assigned with the due date. They then receive email reminders every five days by default or based on the number of days the clinic chooses. Patient reminder emails include a digest of all the open assignments a patient has on an episode.
This change reduces the number of reminder emails for assignments as the previous reminder email was sent out every day.
