Updates to a signer’s email address apply to future email notifications

When a signer’s email address is updated, the form details drawer will also update with the correct email address for future email notifications.  

For any form that is currently assigned (i.e., not completed or voided), an email notification will be re-sent immediately to the updated email address.  

If the signer with an updated email is next in the signing order, your EngagedMD platform will send any future email notifications for signing a form to the updated email. 

Previously, when a signer’s email was updated on our platform, the email address for future email notifications was not updated for current assignments.
